Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep is Bereavement photography non-profit organization specializing in remembrance portraits to parents who experience death of a baby. Some hospitals already have contacts with local photographer volunteers within this organization. Mamie's Poppy Plates makes beautiful, hand made plates with the hand and foot prints of babies gone too soon. They will provide one custom complimentary plate to bereaved families that feature the baby's hand and foot prints as well as name, date and height/weight if desired. You can order/join the waiting list for a plate on their website or make a donation to help them provide these precious keepsakes for others.
Little Angel Gowns is a non-profit organization that makes hand sewn burial attire for babies from donated wedding gowns. They work with hundreds of hospitals, funeral homes, and individual families to provide this service (our sweet Avery is buried in one).
